I don't know how to go about this, its been an issue bordering me.

female friend of mine that is happily married and in her mid 30's is
celebrating her birthday next month 1st of February, she is a very good
friend.., she actually helped me secured a very good job.
The truth is I don't know what to present to her on her birthday since she is married.
I don't want to present any gift item that will create wrong impression.
Please your suggestion on what to present is highly welcomed.
Little secret! her favourite colour is Purple.
