having stayed in lagos for years,i have noticed that when an average man
wants to build a house he normally have a miscellanous budget for
"omonile" and i wonder why?
what are his chances if he decides to
damn those street thugs called omonile and take the matter to court for
Assaults on private properties.
is there a Law in lagos that stated
that omonile must be settled even after fulfilling all governmental
monetary charges in respect to land use.
